There are major changes underway here at Ubertechnik, don’t be fooled by the quietness. We are currently finalizing our data center build out that will offer hosted services to the online simracing gaming community, including the simracers that have come to know Ubertechnik through the last 4 years. Due to several issues with IPB we will be migrating our forum to provide a more secure and robust online experience. The same entertaining news articles will remain but now we will offer hosted services for those that wish to run their own league with their own dedicated server, complete with full blown administrative privileges.
For example, those subscribing to the rFactor plan will not only have access to the server’s XML output but will also be able to access the console session, and change settings on the fly, all through a published web interface.
